A:Go to the "My Account" page at the top of the screen. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

A: Yes, from time to time an item you ordered may be out of stock. When this happens, we will either substitute it with a similar item or refund your credit card for the full amount of the product.
